Congreso Gastronómico de Popayán 2026

One of Latin America's longest-running culinary congresses, held in a UNESCO City of Gastronomy. Over four days, chefs, cooks and food scholars present talks, tastings and cooking demonstrations centred on Cauca's traditional dishes, alongside street stalls and a guest-country showcase. It blends an academic program with public food markets across the colonial old town.
