Festival del Chocolate Tabasco 2026

The 15th edition of Mexico's leading cacao festival, held in the region where cacao has been cultivated since Olmec and Maya times. Exhibition halls fill with Tabascan chocolate makers and cacao farmers offering tastings, artisan bars, traditional drinks like pozol, plus workshops, chef talks and plantation-to-bar showcases. The event doubles as a trade platform connecting local growers with international buyers.
