A two-month celebration of Piedmont's prized white truffle, running every weekend through the autumn hunting season in the Langhe wine country. The heart of the fair is the Truffle Market, where certified fresh tartufo bianco is sold by weight, surrounded by sensory tastings, cooking shows, Barolo and Barbaresco pairings and a charity truffle auction. The 2026 edition is the fair's 96th.
