Salon du Chocolat Paris 2026

The 31st edition of the world's largest event dedicated to chocolate, cocoa and pastry, gathering over 500 chocolatiers, pâtissiers and cocoa-producing countries under one roof. Visitors taste and buy bonbons, bean-to-bar tablets and pastries while watching live demonstrations, pastry competitions and the famous chocolate fashion show. Producer stands trace cocoa from plantation origins to finished confections.
